I was born and raised on the typical SAD Diet. (Standard American Diet.) I had constant joint pain and was a bit over weight, and felt tired and bloated often. Then, a few years ago, I watched a documentary called "What the Health" that instantly changed my understanding and perception of the meat and dairy industry and its impact on the environment, human health and animal welfare. I immediately switched to a 100% vegan diet and lost weight, the joint paint went away, and I now have more energy and don't get sick as often.
