Laura has over 20 years experience as an avid journaling practitioner, and has first-hand results of the powerful benefits, writing can have in realizing goals. She has authored three journaling workbooks called, "Glum to Glad: 40-Day Mind Transformations" where she coaches people to use journaling as a tool to help overcome life's major challenges like, bereavement, divorce, and depression.
An entrepreneur and a former teacher, Laura is passionate about helping others discover and unearth the innate power that resonates in all of us. She is a graduate of Barry University and Florida International University in south Florida, where she lives.
