  • Anxiety and state of mind  

    You will learn why you can't function on the spot when you are nervous and will learn to control it. You'll understand what's important and what is the point of an interview.

  • Psych yourself (mood, music, etc).  

    You will learn how to get yourself in a good mood and snap out of worrying.

  • Distracting yourself. Practical tips.  

    You will learn how to distract yourself, up to the point of interview. And not to have any agenda but be ready.

  • Prep yourself (physicality and mental exercises)  

    You will learn how to prepare yourself to feel 100% ready and excited and worry free. Practical exercises given.

  • Voice warm ups  

    You will learn to warm up your voice before the interview. Learn a few tongue twisters and how to adjust your volume to own the room.

  • Body Language  

    You will learn how to be aware of your body language and use it to your advantage.

  • Listening and paying attention  

    You will learn how important the listening is and how to actually pay attention on the spot.

  • Empathize and summarize
