About this Course

Guided Meditations for Spiritual Awakening is a focused meditation course, concentrating on universal virtues that raise personal vibration, to prepare for a spiritual awakening. The intended outcome of the course is to provide a noticeable and lasting increase in awareness by connecting to the life force energy.


The meditations in this course are not casual meditations for beginners. There are full-on, deep meditations designed to awaken the spirit within. Life force energy is transmitted in each meditation and intent student involvement in required to gain the maximum benefits.


Course material will be presented through video lecture, text summaries, homework contemplations, and guided meditations. Students will come away feeing better, with a profound sense of inner awareness, and meditation tools they can use in the for the rest of their lives.

Basic knowledge
  • An intermediate level of knowledge and experience in meditation, mindfulness, and healing is required. Furthermore, a passionate mindset in taking your spiritual game up a notch is essential. Come in earnest, expect synchronisities, miracles, energy awakenings, and results

    2. Pay attention to where you felt compassion in (our out) of your body and what it felt like.

    3. Download the verification sheet from Session 2, and fill it out. Pay attention to items you have checked off.

    4. Do one act of compassion after the meditation. (i.e. give money to a homeless person, give someone a compliment who needs one, visit someone who is sick, etc.)

    5. Pay attention to how you felt during and after your act of compassion.

    6. Contact me or post on the announcement board any questions or comments.

Self-Acceptance

    4. Do one act of self love after the meditation. (i.e. take yourself to a movie, buy something for yourself you normally wouldn't, take yourself someplace special, love yourself in the mirror, etc.)

Forgiveness

    4. Do one act of forgiveness after the meditation. (i.e. write someone's name on a piece of paper and burn it, return an item belonging to a person you need to forgive, write a letter to someone you need to forgive and tear it up, etc.)

    5. Pay attention to how you felt during and after your act of forgiveness.

Gratitude
