Description

A unique course based on the research methods learning exercises that the instructor (Dr Anna Heyman ) has found to be most effective, over a 19 year period of teaching and training dissertation students and novice researchers. The course is doubly unique in the fact that it explains meta-analysis alongside systematic review, so that students can include meta-analysis in their systematic reviews and understand the whole spectrum of literature review types.


Basic knowledge
  • At least two years of social science or health science study, or the professional equivalent
  • Ability to enter figures into a datasheet
  • Ability to use a calculator
