Chapter 1

    The course will explain the causes of procrastination and give you specific and practical tools to help you to win over it every day.

  • 1.1 What is procrastination and why do we need to fight it?  

    This lesson will explain the difference between what procrastination is and what it is not. It will also uncover who and why procrastinates the most and why should we start fighting it from now on.



  • 1.2 Why do people procrastinate now more than ever?  

    In this lesson, we will find out why why procrastinate now more than ever.. It will also uncover why we are not happy and why are we suffering from decision paralysis.

  • 1.3 What is the key to fighting procrastination in the long term?  

    This lesson will teach you how to fight procrastination in a long term. How to create a personal vision and in addition, it will explain why it is important to take actions that lead towards a happier life.

Chapter 2
  • 2.1 The value of time - the most expensive commodity.  

    This lesson will explain why time is the most valuable commodity and why personal vision that is created properly can create a very strong motivator that will help us lead a better life.

  • 2.2 Extrinsic motivation - the carrot and the stick.  

    This lesson will look more closely at how extrinsic motivation works and why it is not a good type of motivation for most of the work done today.

  • 2.3 Intrinsic goal-based motivation - happiness that doesn't last.  

    In this lesson we will learn about what is intrinsic motivation, as well as why it is not a type of motivation that can make us happy and how to avoid it.

  • 2.4 Intrinsic journey-based motivation - happiness now.  

    This lesson will teach you about intrinsic journey-based motivation and the importance of how to be happy in the present moment.

  • 2.5 How does the state of flow work and how can we get into it more often?  

    In this lesson, you will learn what is the state of flow and how to attain it, as well as why autonomy is important for all that we do.



  • 2.6 Meaning, life mission, and Ego 2.0.  

    In this lesson, you will learn what is EGO 2.0 and why it is important to have a purpose and meaning in life.



  • 2.7 TOOL #1: Personal Vision - how to find, refine and formulate it?  

    This lecture will teach us more about why it is important to find meaning in our life and what should be the key aspects of our personal vision.



  • 2.8 Instructions for the creation of a beta version of your personal vision.  

    In this lesson, we will look at why it is important to define our core values and how to create the Beta version of your personal vision.



Chapter 3
  • 3.1 How does self-regulation work and how is it possible to train it?  

    In this lesson, we will find out how our self-regulation works and how it affects our discipline. It will also explain why we are sometimes more rational and sometimes more emotional.



  • 3.2 Cognitive resources - the key to self-regulation.  

    In this lesson, we will learn how to strengthen our cognitive resources and learn what is the essential for our "rider" to work as efficiently as possible.



  • 3.3 Habits - how to learn positive ones and get rid of negative ones.  

    In this lesson, we will learn how to train new habits, get rid of the bad ones, but as well, talk about the Japanese method called Kaizen.



  • 3.4 TOOL #2: Habit-list - a key tool for long-term habit maintenance.  

    This lecture is all about how to use the tool called the "Habit-list" (a.k.a. Bully-sheet) and how this tool can help us learn new habits and get rid of the bad ones.



  • 3.5 Decision paralysis - the main obstacle in achieving personal efficiency.  

    In this lesson, we will look at decision paralysis. Learn why does it occur and how can we learn to be more decisive and stay happy with the decision we have made.



  • 3.6 TOOL #3: To-Do-Today - how to plan your day so you can do much more.  

    In this lesson, we will learn another tool called To-do today. It will help us organize our time better and will help us fight the decision paralysis during the day.



  • 3.7 TOOL #4: Heroism - how to overcome your fears and leave your comfort zone.  

    In this lesson, we will talk about one of the most important topics - heroism. We will learn why it will make a big change to be even a little hero every day.



Chapter 4
  • 4.1 Summary and connecting all of the tools into one system.  

    This last lesson will summarize all that you have learned and will interconnect all the tools and methods.
